Design

Our in-house architectural team consists of innovative architects, designers and creatives who productively collaborate to think beyond the obvious.

What we do

Our speciality lies within urban design and residential schemes; however, we have a broad mix of experience across various sectors, including commercial and educational.

How we work

Fabric offers an extensive architectural design service across RIBA work stages 0-7, consisting of drawings, visualisations, details, 3D modelling, and physical modelling. We proudly produce drawings using industry recognised Revit software; despite being a small practice, we strive to be the best in every aspect of our services. Revit allows us to efficiently collaborate with other's whilst strengthening our technical awareness from the onset.

Our approach

Our goal is to create engaging bold spaces that excite and inspire.

We provide a passionate, sensitive and responsive approach to all our projects, and work closely with clients, planning authorities, and our in house construction team. The strong relationships we build with our clients are critical to understanding the individual project aspirations. Every scheme is bespoke to each client; ultimately, their personality and motives drive the unique narrative of their proposal.

The next step is to transform your vision into a series of drawings and images. This can start with simple concept sketches, before developing into formal drafted architectural plans, progressing through the planning stage, building regulations applications, and construction packages. The design team at Fabric will assist you through the RIBA Work Stages, the industry standard for architectural lead design projects.

    Procurement

Once your requirements are finalised, a detailed specification will be produced.
