October 2026: an update from the studio and site
It has been a while since our last update, with a busy few months in the studio and on site. With a new quarterly newsletter, it felt like the right moment to share where things stand.

Beechcroft
A tight plot in a traditional suburban setting gave us the chance to do something different. Beechcroft was designed around its owner, a jeweller with an exacting eye, and every decision reflects his appreciation of precision and fine detail.
The build took around 18 months and, like every project, brought its daily challenges. Looking back, what stands out is the people who made it happen, how much they grew along the way, and the lasting relationships it created.

Chapter
We are proud to share that Chapter has been recognised at the BALI Landscape Awards. Designed by ISOLA Garden Design, the landscaping sits in quiet harmony with the architecture and interiors, giving a home now nearing completion a real sense of calm.

Project IMAGO
The redevelopment is progressing well. M&E works are under way and the scheme is on track to receive its new glazing before the turn of the year. We are delivering this large-scale renovation alongside IQ Glass, Rosebank, ABA Engineering and Cream + Black Interior Design, with our sister company Detail Design and Joinery completing the internal joinery package.

Nurton Hill Hall
The basement is complete and the first floor planks are in place. The team made strong progress over the summer months and are programmed to reach wall plate in the new year.

St Mary's
On St Mary's we are acting as principal contractor, working with Tidy Architects to deliver a contemporary ground floor extension and landscaping scheme in a little over ten months. Old and new sit comfortably together, the result of careful detailing, with a shared commitment to the right materials and craftspeople.
It is also the first project for our site manager, Luke, who has moved from the tools into coordinating the build. He has done an excellent job, keeping the programme on track and two sharp-eyed engineering clients happy.
Ladywood

Work begins on Ladywood later this month: a 12-month extension and renovation on the Four Oaks Estate in Sutton Coldfield, marking the start of a new partnership with Philippa Robson Interiors.
From the studio

Over the coming months we will be sharing more of our work here and on Instagram, from early sketches to the finishing details on site. Many of our clients first find us there, and it is a good way to show the care that goes into each project. You will see more of the team behind the work too, starting with me, followed by a few familiar faces from the studio and site.
We are proud of what we do, and look forward to sharing more of it with you.
